Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) said on Sunday it completed the formation of a joint venture with Korean petrochemical producer SK Global Chemical to produce polyethylene products.

The Tadawul-listed giant petrochemical firm said total investment is estimated at $640 million for the technology and plant construction.

It added that the financial impact cannot be assessed yet.
